HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE SURVEYS ARE COMPLETED HONESTLY AND WITH PROPER CONSIDERATION?

We have several levels of protection. Our patent pending TrustScoreSM algorithm is designed specifically to evaluate and identify 'truthfulness' in survey respondents. This TrustScoreSM technology incentivizes honesty in our panel and blocks suboptimally performing panel members from answering your survey.


Additionally, our DoubleCheckdSM option is another excellent way for you to personally ensure that your questions are answered thoughtfully. With DoubleCheckdSM, we present your questions to your target market during two separate sessions more than three hours apart. Their responses are only counted if the respondent answers the your entire survey exactly the same in both sessions.



WHY ARE THE SURVEYS SO SHORT?

We limit our surveys to a maximum of 5 questions. We also limit the number of characters for each entry. Why? If you've ever answered a classic online survey, you'll remember how long and boring it can get. It's scientifically proven that an average Web user can only stay focused on a page for ~30-90 seconds.


Classic market research surveys often waste questions trying to identify the respondent's demographics before the respondent even gets to the actual core questions of the survey. By then, the respondent's attention could be compromised and the results may become meaningless. We eliminate the demographic part of the survey because we already know their profile and bring your core questions right to their attention. That ensures maximum focus and an optimum level of concentration.



IS YOUR PANEL SKEWED?

In some respects, it is. For instance, we currently give you only Internet users. We won't be able to give you access to the opinion of a farmer who has never used a computer. We are working on apps for mobile devices that will allow us to cover a wider audience.



WHY CAN'T I TARGET MY SURVEY TO MY OWN COUNTY?

We continue to grow our community daily. Since there are 3000+ counties in the US, we are not yet able to deliver 50 people from each county, but we have many things in the works that will enable our consumer panel to explode in size, and then this restriction will be a thing of the past!



WHAT IS YOUR 72-HOUR GUARANTEE?

We ask for 72 hours to complete any survey. If at any time after that we have not collected all of the responses you ordered, you can stop the survey. In such case you will receive a prorated refund of credits back into your account. We apologize but we don't offer cash refunds.
